About Our Lot
24/7 Access - $195Queen Village Neighbors Association is a non-profit 501(c)3, providing below market rate monthly parking to anyone interested in parking with us. You do not need to be a Queen Village resident to qualify for our low rate. We offer un-attended, covered, off-street parking under I95. Our entry and exit gate is located below I95 on Christian Street, between Front & Water Streets. Our lot extends from Christian to Washington Avenue with 182 available spaces, including 6 fully compliant ADA spaces. Oversized spaces are available in our back lot at no additional charge. A 24/7 call center is available from the kiosks to answer any questions and for any potential issues with gate function. We do not offer EV charging stations at this time.
The QVNA parking lot supports most of the services we provide to our neighborhood
Parking lot proceeds (QVNA’s net income after paying for the required monthly expenses of our land lease, Management Company, gate technology, and removal of litter and graffiti) are invested back into the Queen Village community through many additional programs and services, including our Fall & Spring Grant Programs.

How Monthly Parking Works:
Our parking lot offers month-to-month parking that is fully pro-rated. You only pay a pro-rated monthly portion from your start date until your end date. Although we do ask that you contact EZ Park as soon as possible if you decide to terminate your parking, there is no late cancellation penalty. Invoicing occurs (via email) on the 25th of the prior month and auto-payment occurs the 1st of the month.
You will be charge a one-time registration fee of $25 on your initial payment.
