PAYMENT:
If you apply for a space BEFORE the 10th of the month, you will be charged the full subscription amount starting that same month.
If you apply for a space ON OR AFTER the 10th of the month, you will be charged the full subscription amount starting the next month.
PARKING:
Your parking application will be activated by E-Z Park staff. You are NOT AUTHORIZED to park in an E-Z Park lot until your application has been activated.
How do I know if my application has been activated?
You will receive an activation email to the address listed in your account profile. Please ensure that the email address is correct and check your spam filters - all emails will be sent to you from ezparkinc.com.
Your applications will also be available for you to review after you log in. Each application shows a Status. If the Status is Active you are authorized to park in an E-Z Park lot.
Existing E-Z Park customers who have NOT reserved their spaces online:
If you currently park in a lot with us and pay monthly at the lot, please be aware that we are no longer accepting such payments.
To continue to make a payment for your monthly parking space:
- Step 1: Please select the lot you currently park in from a list of our lots.
- Step 2: If the lot has available spaces, a "Signup for this Location" option will appear - click this link.
- Step 3: You will be required to log in or create an account. If you previously created an online account, you may log in using that information. If not, click the "Create Account" button and fill out the form and click the "Register" button at the bottom of the page.
- Step 4: Once your account has been successfully created, you will automatically be redirected to a form where you will be required to select the monthly parking plan and provide your vehicle and billing details. You MUST complete this form to reserve your space online and continue parking at your desired lot.
Note: You may use the account you create to log back into the system at any time to check on the status of a reservation, add another reservation or cancel an existing reservation.
